About Motana Striping & Sealcoat

Motana Striping & Sealcoat is a parking lot striping and sealcoating company based in Wylie, Texas. It is owned and run by Stephane Nembot, and it is a DBA of Motana Speed LLC.

Who you are working with

Stephane came to the United States from Cameroon, captained the football team at the University of Colorado, and played offensive line for the Baltimore Ravens from 2016 to 2018. After an injury ended his football career, he rebuilt as an Agile project leader — a Scrum Master at Capital One and Bank of America — planning work, keeping teams on schedule and delivering what was promised.

Motana brings those same habits to parking lots: measure carefully, put the price in writing, communicate before the job, show up on the day agreed, and leave the lot better than we found it.

What we believe

• Straight answers. If your lot only needs stripes, we will not sell you a sealcoat.
• Written bids. Every line, stencil and square foot is counted on paper.
• Your schedule first. Saturdays for churches, evenings and weekends for businesses.
• Faith and family. We are a local family business, and we treat every church and business here like our neighbors — because they are.
